Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
The symptoms of sleep depravation include; daytime sleepiness, mood swings, and yawning. Some say you should exercise for half an hour six to seven hours before you go to sleep. It is said to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine. Those three things will mess up your normal sleeping pattern. In a study it said that sleep deprivation can lead to new respiratory illnesses.
